Customer Service Account Manager - Installations up to £25,000 per annum Monday to Friday 8am to 4.30pm / 8.30 / 5pm / 9am – 5.30pm Trafford Park Permanent Position The Candidate Previous experience in a Planning department Strong attention to detail. Clear and concise communicator. Good people management skills. Ability to work well both individually and within a team environment. Flexibility to respond to changing circumstances. Good geographical knowledge of the United Kingdom. IT literate: experience using Microsoft packages such as Outlook, Excel and Word, and ability to learn in-house IT systems. The Role You will be responsible for supporting the clients and operations team through the installation process. Duties will include. To plan the installations across the installation teams each week. To plan the remedials across the installation teams and remedial fitters/teams each week. To amend the plans accordingly due to changing circumstances. To advise the Client Services department of any changes to plans. To liaise with the Factory Despatch team as and when changes are being made to the current weeks’ plan. To ensure installations information on our in-house IT system is accurate. The Company Our client is currently looking to recruit an Installations Account Manager for their office in Trafford Park reporting to and working with senior executives within the business.
