You will be responsible for supporting the team, handling the sales progression of property investment deals from acceptance to completion. Sales Progressor – Edgware - £30,000 to £35,000 Dependant on Experience My client, a successful property investment firm, are currently seeking an experienced Sales Progressor to join their office in Edgware. You will be responsible for supporting the team, handling the sales progression of property investment deals from acceptance to completion. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated individual, with proven Sales Progression / Sales Administration experience to join their family feel team. Duties: Managing Sales Progression of all property investment deals from acceptance to completion Coordinate with solicitors, developers, agents and consultants Drive sales progression performance in line with targets whilst keeping internal systems up to date Coordinate the exchange and completion of deals within the required timeframe Liaising with agents to chase sales memorandums, replies to enquiries etc Populating the one hub data room with various required information relating to the property Supporting the team with ad hoc administration Skills and experience: Prior Sales Progression/Sales Administration experience is essential Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task when under pressure Ability to work well under pressure meeting tight deadlines Proactive work approach Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm If you are a proactive individual who is keen to progress their career within the property industry, please contact Megan on the Business Support team at Dove & Hawk Property.
