Building Assistant – Kings Cross - Monday to Friday 12pm to 8:30pm My client, a leading Student Accommodation firm in London, are currently seeking a Building Assistant role, acting as the first point of contact for residents in the Kings Cross site. You’ll be the smiling face that welcomes the residents, delivering excellent customer service, handling building checks and assisting with the post. Responsibilities: Process post and parcel delivers using our online system Conduct post audits when required 3 audits per week Manage the RTS system Deliver parcels to resident flats as appropriate Going above and beyond to deliver excellent resident service Provide ‘front of house’ services at the property as require Working with your other colleagues from the Customer Support, Maintenance and Night Teams to achieve the best results and solutions for our residents, 24/7Understanding the importance of Health & Safety and Fire Safety in all that you do and report anything that is not safe Ensure the office and parcel areas are kept clear, tidy and organised Carrying out checks and building walks Skills and Experience Required: Prior experience in a Customer Service focused role Friendly and positive attitude Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build report Able to use own initiative My client will apply for an enhanced DBS check as you will be working with residents under 18 and they are committed to their safe-guarding Salary: £24,974 Hours: Monday to Friday 12pm to 8:30pm For more information,.
