The Role We are currently looking for a digitally capable Air Quality and Greenhouse Gas Emissions Consultant to support a range of exciting and innovative projects within our Inventories team. The NAEI is currently undergoing a digital upgrade, migrating legacy models from outdated software (MS Excel, MS Access) to coded models, and we are looking for enthusiastic and proactive individuals with digital capability in Python or R, and a desire to build and implement solutions to help solve environmental issues. Knowledge of, or interest in, air pollutant and greenhouse gas emissions is essential. Key Competencies and Experience Your responsibilities will include development of models, research and data analysis that underpin our consultancy work, including delivery of the UK’s National Atmospheric Emissions Inventory, through data collection, compilation, QA/QC and reporting.
