If this sounds like you then we may have your perfect opportunity We have an opportunity for an enthusiastic and experienced individual to join us in the role of Local Service Manager, to join our management team at Clover Court. Located near the centre of Lowestoft close to public transport links and the seafront, Clover Court consists of 20 one: bedroom apartments and was purpose built to meet the needs of people with physical disabilities and acquired brain injuries. We provide personalised care to our residents to encourage them to live as independently as possible. You will be responsible for effectively leading a large staff team to ensure that all Customers receive focused support. The role will ensure effective support systems are in place and also co: ordination of staff teams. We value our team and encourage learning and progression through our comprehensive induction programme, as well as on: going training to develop new and existing skills and encourage progression.
