About the role: Reporting into the Assistant Finance Director for Corporate Finance, you will be responsible for managing the 30-year business plan. You will work with different areas of the business to include budgets and spend to deliver our corporate plan as well as ensure the Group operates within our financial capacity by remaining in compliance with our treasury standards, lender covenants and rating agency metrics. You will also be responsible for assisting the housing Development team and Strategic Asset Management team to review investment appraisals. The successful candidate should have/be: Qualified Accountant ACA/ACCA/CIMA. An Understanding of key long term financial planning approaches and principles. Able to interpret and analyse financial statements. Understand key financial metrics such as lender covenants and rating agencies' metrics. Excellent Excel financial modelling skills. Experience of Proval or similar development appraisal system. Experience of preparing and presenting Financial Forecast Return is highly desirable. Experience of using Brixx software desirable. UK social housing OR residential property development experience desirable. About you: We are looking for someone who can accurately manage various sources of data input, then consolidate this to prepare a business plan.
