Job Title: Family Support Worker Shift Pattern: Various Shifts available Earlies, Days and Nights Hours per week: Full time 37hrs per week or more/ Open to Part time Location: Birmingham / Solihull Pay per hour: £14.71 LTD Job Title: Family Support Worker Reports To: Team Leader or Team Manager Social Worker Responsible for: Children Services Duration: TBCShift Pattern: Various Shifts available Earlies, Days and Nights Hours per week: Full time 37hrs per week or more/ Open to Part time Location: Birmingham / Solihull Pay per hour: £14.71 LTDPurpose of the role: Will be responsible for undertaking Early Help backssments and developing effective support plans in liaison with children, young people their parents and other professionals Will lead and chair Early Help Team around the Family meetings to ensure effective and timely interventions To support qualified social workers in completion of statutory backssments through the collation and recording of current and historical information held by the local authority To support children, young people and parents by providing practical advice and assistance enabling them to engage with other services, develop positive and consistent routine of family life, and to develop positive relationships and behaviour management strategies within a family. Candidate Requirements: Experience of working within a care setting that relates to Children/Young People or Families Compliance: Up to date documentation such as a DBS and Right to Work documentation Ability to travel to and from work independently with no obstructions to work life Ability to show commitment to shifts agreed when allocated is essential Must possess Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent within two years of taking up post The benefits of working with SCS; A specialist, dedicated Social Care consultant offering single point of contact Exceptional referral bonuses - £250 per referral placed in to work An extensive & exclusive range of Social care.
