Purpose As the Senior Manager, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, GBM (Capital Markets) you will contribute to the overall success of the GBM (Global Banking & Markets) HR Diversity, Equity & Inclusion strategy to ensure specific goals, plans and initiatives are executed and delivered in support of the HR team’s strategies and objectives. You will be responsible for supporting the Director, HR Business Partner GBM with the implementation, management and execution of key Diversity, Equity & Inclusion programs, external partnerships, and DEI compliance requirements. You have a proven track record as a highly collaborative, organized and results oriented professional who can deepen strategic partnerships and leverage broader Bank stakeholders, systems, and knowledge. You are passionate about diversity, equality and inclusion, cultural transformation, and driving organizational change. Specific responsibilities will include: Accountabilities: Program management and execution of several key GBM DEI Programs with a focus on programming for: Women (Elevate Mentorship Program), Black People, Indigenous Peoples, People of Colour, Persons with Disabilities, LGBT+ and Veterans (Propel Sponsorship Program), internship program for Equity Deserving Groups (THRIVE) and the Parental Advisory Liaison Program (PAL), to name a few. Provide feedback on program / policy design to the Director and provide recommendations on program execution. Provide relationship management support with external partnerships, such as Women in Capital Markets (WCM) with key requests and initiatives. Work in partnership with key internal stakeholder to manage GBM DEI Share Point site, DEI emails, scheduling bi-monthly meetings with Regional DEI teams and other duties as assigned.
