To provide a comprehensive administrative support in all aspects of the service including defect management, complaint cases and warranty claims. Main Duties: Provide administrative support to customer care team: create templates, manage snagging lists, check invoices, and handle mail merges. Assist with warranty claims, Subject Access Requests, and complaints by gathering necessary information. Manage diaries, schedule meetings, and remind team members and clients of appointments. Support business transformation projects like data migration and user acceptance testing, as well as document management. Facilitate communication between customers, colleagues, and contractors for accurate information sharing and appointment coordination. Maintain and update housing management system, generating reports from database data using Excel templates. Ensure seamless service delivery by covering Customer Care phones during busy periods and making end-of-work calls to customers. Provide high-quality customer service through various channels, adhering to legal requirements, GDPR, and internal policies.
