ROLE: Commercial Lawyer RATE: £300-£350-day rate LOCATION: Edinburgh remote OFFICE: Suitable for Remote working. The Role/ Responsibilities of the Commercial Lawyer position: Provide advice and drafting legal documents on a wide range of Contracts and Commercial Matters. Manage a caseload start to completion. The ability to provide and interpret data to make correct decisions and high quality legal advice Strong communication and written skills to work collaboratively with Colleagues, stakeholders and other departments. The Person: Registered Solicitor/Lawyer or Advocate with the Law Society of Scotland, with experience of Contracts and Commercial Law Flexible and organised with your workload. Previous background of understanding public and administrative Law in Scotland or a willingness to learn.
