Please find below further details about the Senior Housing Litigation Solicitor role: ROLE: Senior Housing Litigation Solicitor LOCATION: South West / remote working CONTRACT: 3 months ongoing RATE: £45.00 to £50.00 per hour Please note this this role is predominantly remote but may require occasional office attendance. The Role of the Senior Housing Litigation Solicitor To provide contentious legal support with a focus on regulatory, Housing and enforcement work Cases will include public protection, housing anti-social behaviour planning control and trading standards alongside some general civil litigation and regulatory matters To present cases before the Magistrates’ and County Courts, alongside advising on requests for information Some court-facing work is conducted through remote hearings, although these arrangements are subject to review by the courts.
