The organisation offers flexible working conditions, with majority days working from home. You will be responsible for providing advice on scope, procedural requirements, evidential considerations, and risk management. The appointed Lawyer will be needed to offer strategic advice to case examiners from the planning stage on until the report is finished. This role expects you to act in an advisory capacity to the board and will manage key stakeholder relationships on behalf of the organisation. The role will be front facing and you will be dealing with a variety of stakeholders, so it is important that you are confident and passionate in providing the best possible service. THE CANDIDATE: The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role spanning at least 3 years. Applications are welcomed from experienced Lawyers who have regulatory experience. You will have proven experience of case handling as well as the ability to analyse and backss a large quantity of information and collate in an organised manner. You will have a proven track record of decision making and defending against appeals as necessary.
