We are seeking to recruit a proactive, enthusiastic, and determined professional to collaborate closely with our clients Legal Team, focusing on managing established accounts in the estate agency sector. Daily duties will encompass, but are not restricted to, engaging with clients to address outstanding inquiries and documentation, utilising both phone and email communication channels. This will involve logging pertinent details in strict adherence to GDPR regulations, resolving contractual disputes, coordinating repayment arrangements, and routinely evaluating accounts while furnishing feedback to both clients and the Department Manager Compensation and Benefits: Commencement salary at GBP12.50 per hour. Potential to achieve On: Target Earnings (OTE) exceeding GBP26,000 from the sixth month, with continuous increases beginning in the twelfth month. Opportunities for professional growth within a rapidly expanding company, especially for well: suited candidates. Eligibility to earn commission after successfully completing the probationary period.
