Dove and Hawk have partnered along side this serviced office management company, who are looking for a Project Manager to join their team Based in Oval, could this be the role for you Duties: Responsibility for the FM integration of the building and refurbishment projects Build and maintain a constructive a relationship with all project stakeholders including Dove and Hawk have partnered along side this serviced office management company, who are looking for a Project Manager to join their team Based in Oval, could this be the role for you Duties: Responsibility for the FM integration of the building and refurbishment projects Build and maintain a constructive a relationship with all project stakeholders including the project team, contractors and advisers Attendance at project meetings, representing the FM team and its requirements Development and maintenance of FM Design Guides including O&M templates ensuring its use and circulation Ensuring implementation of FM design requirements Ongoing consultation with the FM team on all project related matters Review with FM Service Providers on project related matters To coordinate the FM Mobilisation and handover of project space To manage FM de-mobilisation of sites being sold or handed over for development To develop excellent relationships with both internal and external points of contact and engender a collaborative approach.
