If you are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and have experience in team management, this is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in the housing sector. Key responsibilities - Lead and manage the Housing Customer Contact Team, ensuring they provide outstanding customer service to tenants and stakeholders. Oversee and coordinate customer inquiries, complaints, and requests, ensuring timely and accurate responses. Develop and implement efficient processes and workflows to streamline customer interactions and enhance service delivery. Monitor team performance, provide coaching and feedback, and conduct regular performance reviews. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex customer issues and improve overall service delivery. Analyse customer feedback and recommend improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and experience. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of housing policies, regulations, and relevant industry updates to guide the team effectively. Contribute to the development and implementation of training programs to enhance the team's skills and knowledge. Generate reports and performance metrics to track team performance and identify areas for improvement. Represent the Customer Contact Team in internal and external meetings, sharing insights.
