Senior Sales Administrator - Ashford, Kent Monday to Friday 08:30 to 17:30Training and Progression Available£28-£32k Salary (Dependent on Experience)Our client is a well-established leasing company offering vehicle leasing and contract hire to both personal and business clients. Following an outstanding year last year, they are looking to add a motivated and enthusiastic Senior Sales Administrator to their office-based team to continue their growth. As a Senior Sales Administrator, you will be an integral part of the team, bridging across administration, pricing and management reporting. The role is critical to ensuring compliance and that orders are administered correctly along with driving car leasing enquiries into the business through accurate website pricing and competitive promotions and offers excellent opportunities to grow and progress with our client. Senior Sales Administrator Responsibilities: Gaining accurate pricing information from third-party systems Completing order forms Analyse, manipulate and interpret the data to provide the best pricing Provide vehicle information, promotional information and pricing information to the Sales Team Competitor pricing analyse and marketplace benchmarking Allocation of enquiries from the CRM system to the sales team as required Senior Sales Administrator Requirements: - Experience as an administrator or sales administrator- Good knowledge of Excel and Data Analysis (pivot tables, v-lookups, basic formulae would be an advantage)- Highly numerate with a good technical skill set- Excellent written and verbal communication skills About the Role Job type: Full Time, Permanent Working hours: Monday to Friday 8.30 am - 5.30 pm Salary: £28,000-£32,000 (dependent on experience)Please contact Command Recruitment for further information.
