Estate Compliance backssor Working on our estates across North London, South Herts and South Esinteraction as well as South Oxney. Permanent, Full time (37.5 hpw) Salary of circa £25,000 per annum plus great benefits including Health Cash Plan Home, a place where you belong This is a great opportunity to join our Building Safety team as an estate Compliance backssor inspecting properties across our estates in the North London, South Herts and South Esinteraction as well as South Oxney areas. Make a difference as you support our customers by overseeing fire safety on our properties and estates, driving quality standards and compliance. Typical day as an Estate Compliance backssor You? ll spend most days? Out and About? visiting customers in our properties, carrying out regular fire safety and estate inspections of our communal areas and grounds, ensuring that our customers and colleagues are safe Liaise with colleagues in our housing team to resolve local issues that affect fire safety, such as fly tipping Visiting properties to backss these for fire safety compliance ensuring that relevant check sheets are completed and uploaded. Logging and recording required repairs on Home Group Systems Working with partner contractors for any repairs and maintenance works required in communal living areas. Working with local Fire Surveyors to complete actions that have been identified in our Fire Risk backssments (FRA).
