In this role you will assist and oversee the network customer services team, supporting multiple customers to high standards and ensuring that all network customers are treated with equal standing WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL? To be a 21st Century Manager leading and developing a team of Customer Service Advisors Balancing workloads and capacity to deliver outstanding service across multiple network customers to the same high standards Driving performance and continuous Improvement and sharing of best practice within the team Collaboration with Transport and Planning to ensure service levels and KPI's are achieved WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?
