Job Title: IT Infrastructure Engineer Reports to: Executive Director of IT Salary: £35,000 Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday) Location: Bournemouth Join Protect Line, where we're creating the future of technology at our Innovation Centre. Your role extends beyond regular maintenance; you'll be involved in exciting projects, from substantial infrastructure upgrades to the introduction and backssment of new technologies. What do we need from you? Proven experience in an IT function Familiarity with Linux Server Management Proficiency with Windows Server 2016 domain environment and above Experience with Microsoft Exchange and/or Exchange Online Understanding of networking fundamentals Cyber-security awareness and system maintenance best practices Collaborative approach to technical projects Ability to diagnose and resolve system service issues promptly Advantageous skills: Knowledge of Vo IP systems, IP telephones, and softphones Familiarity with Docker and Amazon Web Services (AWS) Experience with My SQL / Maria DB database technology The Tech Collective, though nestled in our main HQ, boasts its own unique spirit and vibrancy.
