We are looking for an Occupational Therapist with experience in managing a complex caseload who would like to further develop their specialist clinical skills and experience in a community setting, with additional opportunities to be involved in service development, supervising students and band 5's, and training within an integrated team. You are required to have advanced backssment and treatment skills, be able to manage a complex caseload autonomously and be a key member in the MDT. You need to have experience in all aspects of rehabilitation with adults, including falls, orthopaedics, general medicine and equipment provision. Specific Skills/Experience/Training Required: Enhanced DBS & HCPC Registration required UK driving licence with access to own vehicle, experience of lone working in a community setting To provide specialist OT treatment, including ADL, cognitive backssment and treatment, vocational rehabilitation, respiratory management, falls management, fatigue management equipment provision To work within a multidisciplinary team, completing liaison, joint working and collaborative decision making To demonstrate a high level of manual handling skills To undertake specialist OT backssment of patients and establish goals in collaboration with patient and carer Patient-type = varied specialist neuro team neurological presentation & orthopaedic presentations.
