They are seeking a talented Visual designer to create and deliver pixel perfect advertising experiences for their advertising customers across the EU. This position requires strong intrinsic design ability, typographic skills, acute attention to detail, and web expertise. The ability to manage multiple projects and demonstrate ownership is a must. Your primary focus will be to design visually compelling and effective advertising campaigns creative across big and small, global, and local brands - working closely with Art Directors and Design leads, as well as sales and marketing teams. As a Visual Designer you have to be passionate about visual customer experience and delivering world-class design from compelling landing pages to media drivers, all with the same high standard. You will start with the customer in your thinking, understanding that what you do is critical to creating a successful, consistent shopping experience. Specific Responsibilities Creating and delivering on-brand, bar raising digital design solutions that meet advertisers' business goals, brand guidelines and project requirements. Proactively manage your resources, time and deadlines along with building good relationships colleagues through consistent creative excellence You can manage your work and deliver with limited guidance and work across partner teams from multiple disciplines.
