They are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to join their team. The successful Senior Business Development Manager will be responsible for winning new business, maximising sustainable short: and long: term sales, boost profitability and increase brand awareness within the Out of home and Grocery Channels. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and talented Senior Business Development Manager to join an exciting business who can match their ambition and offer genuine progression opportunities. Responsibilities include: Developing and executing a Sales Strategy to win new business in Grocery and Out of Home channels. Leading and winning new business before handing over to the account management teams. Work closely with Senior Marketing Lead to create compelling insights to secure new business. Holding P and L responsibility, you will deliver against challenging yet exciting growth objectives and demonstrate high business acumen across the channels. The Ideal Senior Business Development Manager Candidate: Must have proven sales experience working within the Food and Beverage industry; Coffee experience is a bonus. Must have a strong network of contacts within the Out of home and Grocery Channels. Excellent time management skills and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy. Must have a track record of winning key accounts and maintaining strong relationships. Have a structured approach with a clear view on hitting targets.
