The key responsibilities in this role include; To assist the Training & Resourcing Manager in the planning and delivering of training courses to new and existing colleagues. To improve performance and reduce H&S risk To ensure full regulatory compliance and liaison with HSE, Df T and various enforcement agencies Carry out backssments to ensure compliance Ensure training records are kept up to date Liaise with Operational managers to ensure staff are available and then released for training courses without causing any disruption to the operation or safety Flexibility to attend courses required by DHL and our customer in order to produce training courses and packages to implement to staff Maintain knowledge and be kept up to date in relevant fields at all times Forward thinking, forward planning and pro-activeness.
