We are looking for a new staff member to join our Volunteer Services team in the following position: Volunteer Service Manager – Norfolk And Waveney Community Support Service 22.5 hours per week across three days, working as part of a job share Are you passionate about the positive impact of volunteers in the community and enthusiastic about supporting clients as part of a wider team? Then you could be the person we’re looking for! We’re looking for an experienced and enthusiastic person to share the management of an exciting new service! Through volunteers and staff, and in partnership with British Red Cross and Age UK Norwich, the Norfolk and Waveney Community Support Service will provide practical, short-term community based support to people being discharged from hospital and to people living in their own homes. The service aims to help people through temporary issues or changes to keep them living safely at home. We are looking for a Service Manager who is confident with IT and remote working, has good communication and interpersonal skills, and will enjoy helping others to achieve their goals and make a difference. Salary: £33,426 per annum pro-rata 37 hours per week Contract: Fixed term until 31 March 2025 with extension subject to commissioning Base: St Clements House, Norwich, Although County wide travel may be needed.
