You'll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, planned preventative maintenance PPM, stores management, compliance, and most importantly, fostering a culture of excellence among our dedicated team. Key Skills: Lead, inspire, and mentor our engineering team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Manage and optimize day-to-day engineering activities, ensuring smooth operations and minimal downtime. Oversee PPM programs to maintain our equipment and facilities at peak efficiency. Efficiently manage our stores to ensure the availability of critical spare parts and supplies. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards. Drive positive changes on-site by identifying opportunities for process improvements and cost savings. Provide regular performance updates to senior management. Qualifications: Proven experience as an Engineering Manager, preferably in the food manufacturing industry. Strong leadership skills with a track record of team development and motivation. In-depth knowledge of engineering best practices and compliance standards. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
