Position Summary: This position is part of the Global Strategy and Innovation (" GSI" ) group, delivering insights to stakeholders and empowering team decisions around the NBA's engaged fanbase. The Team Business Strategy Analyst will be responsible for partnering with TMBO as a primary collaborator to share best practices in and out of sports, understand the landscape of business areas (e. g. ticketing, partnerships, marketing), and consult teams on various data: driven projects. Ensuring a successful support model will require interfacing with strategic, legal, technical, and other experts to understand the NBA league offices top priorities and align those with team needs. Major Responsibilities: : Lead a set of cross: functional strategic projects that support the teams initiatives and operations.Support the development of key team touchpoints (e. g. workshops, cadenced calls), including content strategy specific to the Strategy and Analytics verticals and the overall production of cross: functional topics.Work with Team Analytics Leads to understand common problems and use those to manage a team support roadmap.Champion team innovation through sharing best practices among teams and evangelizing organic solutions provided by the league. : Serve as an internal and external: facing champion for team needs on League initiatives. : Work with Business Solutions and Business Intelligence groups to regularly.
