Working to support adults and their families who have complex social needs and are more vulnerable because of disability, exclusion, or diminished capacity, you’ll maximise their potential to live independently. The Role A Local Authority is looking for a Social Worker to join their Adult Social Services around West Esinteraction area. Working to support adults and their families who have complex social needs and are more vulnerable because of disability, exclusion, or diminished capacity, you’ll maximise their potential to live independently. West Esinteraction is unique as it borders London Boroughs, Hertfordshire, Cambridgeshire and has close links to NHS partners in the area. This role offers the opportunity to be involved in initiatives that run across authorities and organisations. With close proximity to bordering counties, and Northeast London, the area is ideal for those that want to commute into Esinteraction. This opportunity is in the Discharge to backss Team. This is for a full-time, permanent position. Please note that the Discharge to backss team operate on a 7-day rota covering core hours of 08:00 to 18:30. You will be required to work 1 weekend in every 6 weeks and a share of bank holidays. A 6 flat rate allowance is applied in addition to the basic salary to compensate for this.
