Every team member goes the extra mile to provide world class service. We are looking for a real superstar with a quality, wet led, high volume background – The General Manager will to have to focus areas of responsibility and accountability across the team and lead the business, be the face of the business – CREATING THE VIBE FOR THIS BUSINESS IS KEY. This company has six sites in London The General Manager role: To assist the OD in effectively managing the property and team to ensure the success of the business by ensuring the highest level of standards and services given. To operate in accordance with company policy and objectives whilst maximizing profitability in line with budget and effective development of the business. Oversee and run the operational outlets with direct reports being Bars Manager, Assistant Manager & supervisors. Drive the achievement of financial targets and budget processes Generate and improve service and products to achieve a competitive edge Running of the club in the absence of the Deputy Manager, as well as other operational department managers as required Project manage bespoke events and activities as required Ensure that the F&B stocks are fully controlled in line with budget in all outlets Carry out internal and statutory audits in line with the company health and safety policy Qualifications / Experience Management experience in similar senior roles for a minimum of 3 yearinteractionperience in a minimum of 2 of 3 operational outlets –/bars/clubs A working knowledge of budgets and P&LExperience of stock taking and control Experience of sourcing suppliers and contractors and managing.
