Psychotherapy and Counseling: Provide evidence-based psychotherapy and counseling services to individuals and groups. Use various therapeutic approaches, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and motivational interviewing. Medication Management: Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to monitor and manage patients' medication regimens, ensuring medication adherence and addressing side effects. Crisis Intervention: Offer crisis intervention and support to patients in acute distress or experiencing mental health crises. Collaborate with emergency services and crisis teams when necessary. Patient Education: Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and self-care strategies.
