Our client has already engaged in the delivery of a wide range of high-profile projects and on the back of this they have been recently awarded another major contract and thus are looking to add several Mig Welders/Grinders on a Permanent Contract. An opportunity for several Mig Welders/Grinders to join a specialist steel and manufacturing business. Our client has already engaged in the delivery of a wide range of high-profile projects and on the back of this they have been recently awarded another major contract and thus are looking to add several Mig Welders/Grinders on a Permanent Contract. Our client handles all sizes and types of work from carbon steel to aluminium and it works in a range of sectors including defence and security and have recently won a multi-million-pound contract in the rail industry. DUTIES included for the role of Mig Welder/Grinder : Review engineering drawings for parts to be welded. Ensure equipment parameters are set to the optimum to fully satisfy weld quality, integrity, and requirements. Perform welding activities on a wide range of components in carbon steel, armour steel, aluminium etc. and other metals as may be required from time to time. Fully satisfy production schedules to the correct quality level and within the specified time scale. To promote and encourage best practice in welding and welding procedures. KEEN to speak to Mig Welders/Grinders : Skilled MIG Welders. Able to use variety of Grinders. Heavy Engineering experience/background. THE offer for the role of Mig Welder/Grinder : PAYE rate up to £15 an hour. Plenty of Overtime available- Midweek /Weekends. Mornings Only. Training and Development.
