An outstanding new job opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Highly Specialised Cardiac Physiologist to work in a reputable, exceptional private hospital based in the South Kensington, London area. You will be working for one of UK’s leading health care providers This is private hospitals which offers treatment for both adults and children, and are dedicated to providing world-class care to patients To be considered for this position you must hold qualification in Clinical Physiology and be HCPC Registered As the Physiologist your key responsibilities include: Working with the Lead Cardiac Physiologists, the post holder will assist in the running of all present services provided by the Cardiology Laboratory The post holder will support in the delivery of a high quality, efficient service to patients and to supervise, guide and support staff in performance of their roles in the department Work as an independent practitioner in permanent pacemaker follow-up and implants Work independently and you will also be expected to participate in the training and appraisal of junior staff The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role: At least one certification for Electrophysiology and CRM: British Society Heart Rhythm for Cardiac Rhythm Management Devices or Electrophysiology/International Board of Heart Rhythm Examiners for Certified Electrophysiology Specialist or Certified Cardiac Device Specialist/European Heart Rhythm Association certified cardiac device specialistinteractiontensive and current expertise in Interventional Procedures and Invasive Arrhythmia Therapies Knowledge and experience of advanced and highly specialised procedures acquired through accredited courses Able to perform a range of specialist diagnostic investigations.
