Junior Geotechnical Engineer : Northampton Starting Salary: GBP22,000 : GBP25,000 Due to an influx in recent work, a Northampton based Geotechnical and Geoenvironmental consultancy are on the lookout for Junior Geotechnical Engineers You will get the opportunity to work alongside a team of expert engineers gaining unappareled ground investigation experience. No previous experience is required for this Junior Geotechnical role, recent geology, earth and environmental science graduates are encouraged This Junior Geotechnical Engineer position offers: Competitive Salary (GBP22:25,000) and benefits package 1: to:1 training from senior engineers Support towards professional accreditation Opportunity to work on projects from inception through to delivery Balanced split between site and office working Exposure to a broad range of geotechnical and geoenvironmental projects. The successful junior geotechnical engineer will receive full training in order to supervise site investigations, log soil and rock, complete desk studies and write factual and interpretative reports. The suitable junior geotechnical engineer will be educated to degree level in geology/engineering geology/earth science, have a full UK drivers licence and live local to Northampton.
