Town Planner Rugby HA 11307 Our client, an established real estate and planning consultancy is looking for a talented Town Planner to join their growing team in Warwickshire. The team specialise in the delivery of residential and commercial schemes across the Midlands. Qualifications: In this instance applications are sought from candidates with a BSc and ideally an MSc (or equivalent) in an appropriate planning related discipline and membership to the RTPI. Experience: Candidates will have demonstrable Town Planning experience, preparing planning applications and appeals, undertaking site development appraisals and liaising with land owners, local authorities and developers. Applicants will ideally have previous consultancy experience however local authority backgrounds will also be considered.
