Head of Sales and Marketing : Global Wholesale Export Business : Up to A GBP 80k (DOE) : North London Do you have Wholesale Export knowledge and a passion for growth? My client is a growing and profitable Global Wholesale business which is based in London, but has trade in over 50 countries worldwide. The company stock almost all FMCG products and runs a slick operation in terms of sales, distribution and export. As the Head of Sales and Marketing for the wholesale company, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of the business. You will be responsible for leading and managing the sales and marketing teams, developing strategic initiatives, and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to maximize revenue and market share. The role will be have direct responsibility over Export trade. The Head of Sales and Marketing will have a fantastic opportunity to build their team whilst also setting out a progression path for themselves. Key Responsibilities of the Head of Sales and Marketing: Direct and execute overall Sales Strategy to achieve business objective, revenue targets and export expansion. Provide strong leadership and guidance to direct the sales team, along with monitoring sales across the business. Develop and executive comprehensive marketing strategies to ensure global export whilst providing analysis on emerging trends, potential clients and consumer relations Recruit, develop and train a high: performing sales and marketing team whilst setting clear KPIs to achieve business success. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and existing business, whilst also collaborating to achieve global success as a brand. Report directly to Managing Director on all areas of the business. The Ideal Head of Sales a and Marketing Candidate: Ideally 3 : 5 years working within a similar role in a Wholesale and Global exported Previous experience and extensive understanding of the Export market.
