We're currently looking for a Client and Campaign Partner to join our busy team based in our modern office in Norwich. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting our sales teams with the organisation, system and processes to successfully set up the advertising campaigns and packages that have been sold. As a Client and Campaign Partner you are the backbone of support to our sales team ensuring that all the advertising and marketing solutions that have been sold to local businesses are uploaded correctly onto our systems with all the information required for a campaign to run successfully. This involves lots of internal work communicating with different teams and chasing information required, as well as speaking directly, on occasions to the client to gain approval or to chase copy. Its a role where you are dealing with questions and queries and each day is different, it's also fast paced and pressurised due to deadlines and volume. You will need to be a brilliant communicator, as well as excellent on internal systems and processes being able to handle the pressure of deadlines and a never ending flow of work. There are a lot of products and packages and learning these quickly is key, we sell print and digital advertising solutions that include, SEO, PPC, Social Media, Display ads and content solutions. An interest in this area would be advantageous but full product training will be given. This is a full time role, working Monday to Friday in our offices in Norwich. Once fully trained there is the opportunity to work from home 1-2 days a week. THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL: Be able to learn new systems and products quickly Have a strong understanding of the importance of processes.
