Job Title: Principal Ecologist Salary: GBP35,000 : GBP45,000 Location: Bristol (Hybrid) We are looking for a Principal Ecologist to join a successful multi: disciplinary consultancy who have an excellent reputation in the Infrastructure and Utilities, Property and Development and Mining and Minerals industries. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Principal Ecologist, or keen Senior Ecologist who is ready for their next step up to join one of the best Environmental Consultancies in the UK. This Principal Ecologist position offers: GBP35,000 : GBP45,000 per year Membership of the Firms Group Personal Pension Plan, with Employers contribution of up to 5. If you are a Principal Ecologist based in a commutable location to Bristol (with hybrid working) then this could be the role for you Your duties will include: managing ecological projects including staff allocation, managing subcontractors, managing risk, management of commercial aspects of projects, quality assurance, maintaining and improving quality of reporting, addressing any client feedback and ensuring effective communication on all projects. Producing and overseeing the production of ecological appraisals, survey reports, licence applications, Ecological Impact backssments, Biodiversity Net Gain backssments, Habitats Regulations backssments and other similar documents.
