Sacco Mann are recruiting for a Fraud Litigator to join the casualty team of a leading national law firm at their office in central Leeds. The role would suit candidates who are experienced in handling a litigation caseload of ELPL and/ or fraud files. The successful candidate will be responsible for: Handling a caseload of litigated ELPL fraud files on behalf of a number of insurer clients. The role would suit candidates who are experienced in handling a litigation caseload of ELPL and/ or fraud files. The successful candidate will be responsible for: Handling a caseload of litigated ELPL fraud files on behalf of a number of insurer clients. Reviewing and analysing evidence, putting together a case to prove the allegations of fraud. Corresponding with clients and third parties. Dealing with court applications, witness statements and preparing cases for trial. Occasional court attendance, site inspection and investigations. Legal research. Requirements for the Fraud Litigator role: An experienced fee earner or Chartered Legal Executive with experience in litigated ELPL and/ or fraud cases. A genuine interest in fraud if no prior fraud experience. Significant case handling experience. What’s on offer: Salary to £45,000. Flexible hybrid working.
