A stunning venue in London, South London is looking for a London based General Manager to take this business on a new journey, its an exciting time, it’s a challenge but very rewarding Turnover of this restaurant and bar is 4.5 million a year A smaller Operator has a great venue, forward thinking venues, they are looking for a General Manager who is savvy with the London scene great at staff retention and development – SERVICE IS KING IN THIS VENUE, DO YOU LOVE ALL THINGS SERVICE My client is a dynamic entity in today’s ever-changing climate. believing that the team are the key to a successful business, my client is wholly dedicated to retaining & developing their own people into strong, self-efficient Managers. The General Manager person People People My client has a strong focus on building, motivating & retaining teams of staff and you will need demonstrated experience in this area. You MUST have worked for a period in a £40+ per week turnover venue to be considered here. Your role is to come and put the sparkle back in this business, but you would be rewarded. Structured/branded experience or familiarity with Profit & Loss account management is a bonus but not essential.
