The Role: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Technical Support Specialist to join their team and provide top-notch technical support to valued clients. Your work requires traveling to client sites as needed. Responsibilities: Assist with technical support services, including Helpdesk and on-site support. Efficiently resolve client calls and RMAs. Maintain strong client relationships, offering expert technical assistance via telephone or video conference. Promote remote diagnostics for quicker issue resolution. Support fellow engineers. Escalate complex issues to your manager. Assist with testing and documentation. Handle ad-hoc duties as required. Keep detailed records in the CRM database. Requirements: Previous experience working as a Technical Support Specialist or in a similar role. Proven experience in the commercial AV Industry. Experience in supporting and fixing issues for videoconferencing systems Preferred Ideally, possesses certifications of: Poly CVE, Cisco CCNA, Microsoft MCSE, MCP, or CITP Working knowledge of Microsoft Skype for Business and/or Teams Important Information: We endeavour to process your personal data in a fair and transparent manner.
