E The Job: If you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and experience in the windows and doors trade supply, we want to hear from you Responsibilities: Work closely with the Branch Manager to establish and nurture strong customer relationships. Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing queries, processing quotes, and managing orders for windows and doors Actively engage with potential customers to expand the branch's customer base. Contribute to the smooth operation of the branch by assisting with trade counter duties, scheduling deliveries, and supporting overall branch operations. Take part in branch management tasks, including opening/closing, cashing up, and reporting figures. Requirements: Essential: Knowledge and experience in windows and doors trade supply. A hands-on approach to supporting branch operations and ensuring customer satisfaction. Great people skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with trade customers and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in processing orders and quotes A valid driving license This is a full-time position, with working hours from Monday to Friday 07:30-16:30, and Saturday AM on a 3-week rota. Due to the urgency of this vacancy, it is not possible for our client at this time to consider anyone without the appropriate work permits, visas or sponsorship's already in place.
