JOB OPPORTUNITY - COMMUNITY PHARMACIST - BERKHAMSTED Maxxima has recently partnered with a well-established, expanding chemist who offers a wide range of services and facilities. We are currently looking for an experienced Community Pharmacist, who can provide various healthcare services. The position on offer is a permanent role, based in Berkhamsted. The location is easily accessible via public transport. Important Information: Working Pattern: Monday - Saturday 9am - 6pm Would consider Monday - Friday for the right person Pay Rate: £60,000 - £75,000 per Annum. Uncapped commision and lucrative bonus scheme. Location: Berkhamsted. About the Role: As a community pharmacist, you will work in a true community shop, using your skills and knowledge to improve the quality of services to patients within the local community. Looking for someone to come in and hit the ground running. Typical duties include: Medication Review and Management: Conducting thorough medication reviews for patients, ensuring appropriate drug selection, and dosing. Collaborating with healthcare teams to optimize medication therapy. Identifying potential interactions between drugs and providing information to the patient. Ordering stock and ensuring that it is kept in appropriate conditions. Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all medication processed through the shop. Providing information and counselling to patients regarding their medications, including dosage instructions, potential side effects, and drug interactions. Ensuring adherence to medication safety policies and procedures, including medication reconciliation, identification, and prevention of medication errors.
