This role is pivotal in maintaining a robust and controlled environment underpinned by systems, policies, and procedures, ensuring the success of our projects. The Development Programme Manager will play a crucial part in delivering quality analytical information to support colleagues in Development and Property Analytics and will lead reporting efforts for the GLA and Homes England programmes. Outputs & Accountabilities: Prepare and present comprehensive reports and recommendations to the Development Investment Group DIG or the Group Investment Committee GIC on all projects. This includes development status, investment commitment, risks and delays, cost overruns, latest expected revenues, and any other issues that may impact the financial viability of projects current and pipeline. Lead monthly Programme Management Board meetings, including the preparation of management information, collaboration with Project Managers to ensure accurate reporting, and prompt resolution of actions. Effectively manage risks and issues associated with the development programme. Collaborate closely with the Policy and Programme Director to develop a suite of reporting that supports executive.
