Sous Chef – Michelin Star Restaurant Group Location: Coral Gables, FLSalary: 60,000 - 65,000 DOE + Bonus + Medical + Dental + 401K + much more Do you want to work with a world leader in the culinary profession I am working with a world-renowned restaurant group who pride themselves on service and cuisine. They are seeking a talented Sous Chef to work with an amazing team of professionals. Sous Chef Responsibilities: Assist with the management of the restaurant’s Back of House operations Ensure high quality, palatable and well-presented foods are served Support the development and preparation of seasonal menus Motivate and inspire a strong culinary team.
