Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at Johnson & Johnson means " You Belong" Job Purpose The Logistic Operations Controller is responsible for the management of the third-party Logistics Service Providers relating to day-to-day warehousing and outbound transportation activities and Customer Service Reporting in the Nordics, DACH, UK, NL, ensuring performance that meets or exceeds customer and business needs, within a defined budget and in compliance with all quality and regulatory guidelines. Key Responsibilities Operational: Management of 3PL's daily operations in line with the agreements between J&J and the 3PL and in accordance with local laws and regulations. Ensure that the 3PL plans and manages all distribution activities to meet or exceed agreed KPI's to drive customer satisfaction. Ensure strict compliance to GDP, Quality, Regulatory, SOX and HSE requirements and support any associated audits. Drive efficient incident resolution to the satisfaction of customers and key stakeholders. Support the development of business plans and budgets. Inbound/Storage/Outbound.
