Part Time Document Controller London12 month contract We are looking for selective candidates that have extensive experience using Aconex and working with a tier 1 contractor. You must also have previously worked within M and E. You must be self: motivated, have excellent communication skills in addition to good customer focus. Duties: Provide full support to the project team with all engineering functions including requirements from site: based teams. Undertake all administrative activities to ensure efficient operation of the project works. Carry out a quality control role of auditing, maintaining and training to ensure the teams are compliant with company standards and procedure across all projects and sites. Support the team in ensuring Health and Safety standards are met or exceeded. To ensure the management of information is kept on schedule. Education/Skills: Good communication skills. Good written and spoken communication abilities. Being able to work as part of a team. Having excellent IT skills. Having high attention to details. Ability to keep clear and accurate records and reports. Ability to organise work load and to manage filing systems. Being flexible and proactive.
