Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst Location: East Midlands Salary: GBP 30k : GBP 36k + Excellent Benefits A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to join our clients asbestos risk management company. The firm provides a full range of environmental services for Commercial, Domestic and industrial service. The Role: You will be responsible for the management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys for a range of clients to a variety of building types. Duties: Act as a professional representative of the company to clients, offering specialist advice and consultancy services. Conduct reinspection audits of existing asbestos surveys. Provide air monitoring and inspection services for asbestos removal projects. Supervise asbestos removal projects. Requirements: Previous experience of 1 year in a similar role within asbestos industry. Possess the BOHS P403 / P404 qualifications. Proficient in conducting comprehensive analytical tasks, including expertise in 4: stage clearance procedures. Thorough understanding of Health and Safety regulations pertaining to asbestos: related tasks. Willingness to work flexible hours as required. Proficient in using information technology.
