Job Title: Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer Salary: £51000 Shifts: Permanent Nights Location Spalding / Lincolnshire Are you a Maintenance Engineer looking to join a manufacturing family feel company? Synergi Recruitment are currently working with a Food Manufacturing business that supplies nt to the UK market, who are renowned for delivering unparalleled Quality and Value in the realm of fresh produce. Responsibilities: Perform day-to-day maintenance tasks, including line improvements. Develop and implement engineering solutions to minimize downtime. Conduct root cause analysis to identify areas for improvement in plant performance. Participate in engineering projects as required. Drive a culture of planned preventive maintenance (PPM). Collaborate with the operations team to set up machines effectively. Provide excellent engineering service. Communicate progress to the engineering Supervisor. Work together with internal and external teams. Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality, and hygiene standards. Maintain effective communication with engineering stores regarding parts used. Foster a " one team" mindset, working closely with production. Requirements: Time served apprenticeship. Electrical and mechanical qualifications from recognized bodies. NVQ Level 3 or BTEC Level 3 or equivalent. Electrical fault-finding skills. Logic Control experience (desirable). What we offer: Competitive rewards package. Company profit share scheme.
