At Inter Continental Edinburgh The George Hotel, we have an exciting opening to join our team as a Night Cleaner… We are looking for someone who can commit to Full-Time, 40 hours between 7-8pm to 7-8am. Being flexible would be a great plus! We are open 7 days a week 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days - this means we can offer great flexibility if required. At Inter Continental, we pride ourselves in maintaining service of the highest standards, intertwined with local culture wisdom and international know-how. We are paying £12.60 per hour, all overtime is paid for. As a Nightshift Cleaner your main duties and responsibilities will be ensuring the public areas of our Hotel such as the reception and restaurant are kept clean and tidy, meeting health and safety standards and minimising risks. You will complete a range of tasks as and when needed to keep the Hotel safe and of a high standard of cleanliness. We aim to make international travel more alluring by offering a ‘Slice of the Inter Continental Life’, providing a sophisticated and cosmopolitan stay for our guests. To be part of our charismatic team…the key skills & experience you’ll ideally already have are: Experience working within Cleaning or Housekeeping would be beneficial Ability to work independently without close supervision Flexibility towards work and enjoy working within different areas of the Hotel Willing to learn new things and work as part of our wider Hotel team!
