MI Analyst, Hybrid role, GBP38,847 per annum Working for a industry leading company in Bristol who value their staff and create a vibrant work environment to maximise performance and team togetherness. This role will build a strong understanding of the reporting needs of individual business areas and provide engaging self service solutions through Oracle Analytics (OAS). You will consistently monitor performance and proactively search for opportunities for improvement. Some key duties are: Drive efficiencies and improvements against key metrics Empower business partners with visibility of key performance drivers. Identify opportunities and risk; build reporting tools that provide effective controls. Constantly search for opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency. Flagging up any issues with the underlying data to ensure our data customers are aware and that the issues are resolved. You will need experience with the following in OAS or similar DV software: Creating Basic Analyses Conditional Formatting Master: Detail Linking Create Dashboards Dashboard Prompts Dashboards and Analyses Interaction Presentation Variables Actionable Intelligence Agents and Alerts Broad MI skillset including VBA, Macros along with experience using SQL to drive insight and reporting outcomes Strong analytical skills, both qualitative and quantitative Acorn by Synergie acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment.
