Death in service payment 2x annual salary Critical illness insurance subject to qualifying criteria Job Overview – CBT Therapist HMP Chelmsford: As a CBT Therapist you will be committed to promoting equal opportunities and will be working with service users through individual face-to-face sessions and therapeutic groups. You will be responsible for backssing service users' suitability for and delivering a range of Step 3 interventions in accordance with NICE Guidelines. This role also includes line management of a senior PWP as well as case management and clinical skills responsibilities. You will work collaboratively with the Senior PWP in management and leadership duties, such as report writing and participation in internal and external MDT meetings. At times, you will be the senior representative on-site, necessitating the establishment of strong working relationships with your colleagues and partners, as well as maintaining a position of trust. Key Responsibilities – CBT Therapist HMP Chelmsford: Making decisions regarding the suitability of new referrals. Conducting risk backssments initial/comprehensive to inform support journeys backssing service users for high-intensity Step 3 interventions.
